For the past year, Marie and her husband Steve have been living in Paris. This latest body of work was produced in her studio in Belleville.
This body of work explores what it is to be a woman, the female form and fantasy, whilst also being in dialogue with images from 1950’s French magazines, old masters paintings, and contemporary media.
