Pheobe Tosolini is intrigued by the geometry of drawing and design. She developed her 'eye' for line, form and composition during her training at Adelaide Central School of Art and was awarded an Advanced Diploma of Visual Art in 2001.
Recent study of the behaviour of lightwaves has consolidated her understanding of traditional tonal modelling techniques and the nature and nuances of colour.
This suite of collages is derived from the artist's photographs of organic objects.
